Latte anyone?
We're so pleased with the coffee shop and we have had such a lovely response from our customers and also some new customers! Here are some photos we took in the morning. Customers are loving the rich and fruity taste of Monmouth coffee and it's a wonderful welcome scent as you enter the shop!
The coffee shop is a great space for meeting friends, stopping by for a quality takeaway coffee, catching up with your pre and post baby groups, enjoying 25mins to yourself with a cup of tea (story time every Thursday 11am) and a whole host of other reasons! This is a perfect family friendly space and we really look forward to welcoming you.

We tried it!
Thursday was our trial run of the coffee shop with a friends and family evening. Were we nervous? Yes and no. We knew that we had to learn a lot in a short space of time, but we knew that we had planned this carefully and had the best training we could of had, with the absolutely right products and ingredients.
The shop was full of old friends, our families and some loyal customers, so there was a lovely atmosphere and eager samplers of the lovely Monmouth coffee and homemade cakes (Sue and Emily - our STAR bakers!).We worked in 'tag teams' helping each other and getting the feel of things to come. Besides the wonderful coffee, we also had tea tasters for our delicious Tea Pigs range, which were a big thumbs up and the dare I say, "lush" Chocolate Abyss hot chocolate!
We'll be posting a sneak peek of the coffee shop in the next post!
